Refund Policy – Trading Vaigyaanik

1. Introduction

At Trading Vaigyaanik , we are committed to providing premium mentorship services and charting tools to empower traders with actionable insights, strategies, and execution techniques. We believe in delivering maximum value through our well-structured programs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested, processed, and granted.

General Policy

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. No refunds will be provided for perceived lack of results, as success depends on personal execution, risk management, and market conditions. Refund requests will only be considered if eligibility criteria are met as per the sections below.


2. Refund Policy for Mentorship Services

A. No Refund for Completed or Ongoing Mentorship

Once enrolled in our mentorship programs , including live coaching, recorded sessions, workshops, and personalized guidance. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase

Inability to attend live sessions

Perceived lack of results due to personal execution issues

Partial usage of the program

B. Conditional Refund for Long-Term Programs

For multi-month mentorship programs, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Request within 3 days of enrollment and before attending more than 1 live session. No access granted to course materials or personalized strategy sessions. Refunds will be subject to 15% administrative fee for processing. All refund requests beyond this period will be rejected.

3. Refund Policy for Charting Tool Services

A. Subscription-Based Services

For monthly or yearly charting tool subscriptions, refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

If the user has not logged in or accessed the tool within the first 100 hours. If there is a technical issue preventing access, and our team is unable to resolve it within 15 business days.

B. No Refund After Usage

Once the user has accessed and used the charting tool, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This includes:

Misunderstanding of the tool’s features

Change of preference after activation

Lack of perceived value due to personal trading results

C. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions are auto-renewed based on the plan selected. Users must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges. Refunds will not be issued for auto-renewal charges if cancellation was not initiated before the due date.


4. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted via

Date of Purchase & Order ID

Reason for Refund Request

Relevant Supporting Documents (if applicable)

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 10-14 business days and once approved, it will be credited within next 7 business days to clients account via the original payment method.

No Transfer of Access : Purchases are non-transferable , and reselling or sharing access is strictly prohibited.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without following our refund request process may result in account suspension and legal action if deemed fraudulent. If you have concerns about your purchase, we urge you to contact our support team first. Trading Vaigyaanik reserves the right to pursue damages and legal remedies for any attempt to defraud, misuse services, or violate this refund policy.
